Founder/CEO/Principal Conductor: Montgomery Henry

Montgomery Henry is an American 21st Century Composer, Conductor, and Multi-Instrumentalist. He founded the Bolingbrook Philharmonic as his answer to bring more music to the Bolingbrook Community. In his High School's music program, he was a very sought after conductor, impressing audiences with his skill as a leader and passion for music and it's details. His repertory is very wide, ranging from early baroque music to the music of the modern day. He believes that everyone deserves a fair chance in the musical world, even if the artist is unsure of themselves.

Assistant Conductor: Victor Alvarez

Victor Alvarez is a conductor who comes from Bolingbrook. From the time he entered the music program at Bolingbrook High School, Montgomery Henry was considered by him to be his mentor. It was a momentous honor for him when he was personally invited by Montgomery to serve as the Orchestra's Assistant Conductor. He is always eager to learn and lend a helping hand in delivering great music in concert.

Conductor's Apprentice: Natalie Medina

Natalie Medina is a conductor in training  from Joliet, Illinois. They've always been inspired to take up the baton and become a conductor themselves, as they have plans to study music education in college. Learning of this, Maestro Henry gave them the official title of Conductor's apprentice, so that Natalie could gain knowledge and expertise on the podium as they resume their studies.
